About the Role We are looking for an experienced HealthRules Payor QA Tester with strong healthcare payer domain knowledge and hands-on experience in HealthRules Payor applications. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of HealthRules Payor applications • Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements • Validate claims, enrollment, eligibility, benefits, and provider-related workflows • Perform backend database validation using SQL queries • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and healthcare stakeholders • Support UAT and ensure the quality of healthcare payer solutions Requirements • Expertise in functional testing, test case development, and defect management • Strong knowledge of healthcare payer business processes • Experience with HealthRules Payor (HRP) applications • Skills in manual and functional testing • Test case design and test scenario development capabilities • Understanding of claims processing, claims adjudication, enrollment, and eligibility • Knowledge of benefits configuration and validation • Experience with provider management and member management • Familiarity with billing and premium processing • SQL queries and database validation skills • API testing experience (Postman preferred) • Defect tracking and test management expertise • Regression testing and UAT experience • Familiarity with JIRA and HP ALM • Understanding of DLC and STLC • Knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions (837, 835, 834 preferred)
