About the Role We are seeking a HiL Validation Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading system-level testing for various automotive systems including ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, and Active/Passive Safety. Key Responsibilities • Lead system-level HiL testing for ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, and Active/Passive Safety systems • Develop test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts • Perform functional, integration, performance, and system validation • Ensure requirements traceability from feature specifications to test results • Lead test teams, participate in sprint meetings, and coordinate with project stakeholders Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science • 3+ years of relevant engineering experience with leadership responsibilities • Hands-on experience in automotive HiL validation and test automation • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills • Expertise in Vector Tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio, VT System) • Experience with HiL Platforms (dSPACE, ETAS LABCAR, NI HIL) • Proficiency in Automation & Scripting (Python, CAPL, EXAM, Robot Framework, NI TestStand) • Knowledge of Automotive Protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay) • Strong expertise in ADAS, Brakes, Active/Passive Safety, or Powertrain • Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, CAN Stack, Flash Bootloader, and ETAS INCA • Understanding of requirements-based testing, V-Model, and vehicle integration
