Hiring: HR Business Partner (12-Month Contract) – Financial Services I’m currently partnering with a leading Financial Services client to hire an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) on a 12-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive impactful people strategies. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives • Manage employee relations and provide advisory on complex HR matters • Support performance management cycles and organisational change • Lead or contribute to key HR transformation projects 💼 Requirements: • Proven experience as an HRBP, ideally within Financial Services / Banking / Insurance • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership • Solid understanding of HR best practices within a regulated environment • Agile, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity 💰 Salary: Up to RM20,000/month (depending on experience) 📍 Location: Malaysia (please specify hybrid/on-site if needed) If you’re open to a new contract opportunity or know someone suitable, feel free to reach out directly.
