About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support HR transformation, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding process improvements. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and process optimization within the HR department. Key Responsibilities • Support HR transformation initiatives • Optimize employee lifecycle and offboarding processes • Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state processes • Develop project plans and create process maps • Manage HR shared services and service delivery • Ensure governance, risk, and compliance standards are met • Implement workflow automation and continuous improvement initiatives • Utilize HRIS systems, preferably Oracle • Manage stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration • Document processes and manage knowledge Requirements • 6–10+ years of relevant HR Operations or HR Transformation experience • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience with process redesign, operational controls, and workflow improvements • Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
