About the Role We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Key Responsibilities • ServiceNow HRSD configuration, administration, and production support • HR Case Management, Employee Center, and HR Knowledge Management • HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and HR Tasks • ServiceNow workflows, flows, forms, fields, notifications, and access controls • Troubleshooting HR cases, routing, assignments, approvals, and SLAs • HR process knowledge: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, and payroll • Requirements gathering, user stories, testing, regression testing, and UAT • ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and Workday integrations Requirements • 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience is mandatory • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
