About the Role We are looking for an experienced IBM DataStage Developer to join our team. This role focuses on ETL development, data integration, and production support. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs, sequences, and workflows using IBM DataStage • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading • Analyze source-to-target mappings and implement ETL solutions • Troubleshoot job failures and optimize ETL performance • Work with SQL and relational databases for data validation and analysis • Support production deployments, testing, and defect resolution • Collaborate with data engineering and business teams Requirements • 7–10 years of overall IT / ETL experience • Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage • Expertise in DataStage jobs, sequences, transformations, and workflows • Strong SQL and database knowledge • Experience in ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting • Strong understanding of data integration and source-to-target mapping Good to Have • Databricks experience • Cloud data platforms • Data warehouse technologies • ETL migration to modern cloud-based platforms
