About the Role We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on administration, configuration, upgrades, deployments, and production support for IBM FileNet P8 5.x. Key Responsibilities • Administer and troubleshoot IBM FileNet P8 5.x • Configure and manage FileNet systems • Perform upgrades and deployments • Provide production support and incident management • Monitor systems using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana • Integrate cloud technologies and storage systems • Develop and implement automation using Ansible and Terraform • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Develop API/microservices and work with ITSM tools Requirements • 12+ years of experience with IBM FileNet • Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 5.x administration and troubleshooting • Experience with FileNet APIs, content mass updates, and migration using Sweep • Knowledge of production deployments, upgrades, incident management, and RCA • Familiarity with monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana • Understanding of cloud integration, storage technologies, and distributed systems • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, automation, and CI/CD pipelines • API/microservices development and ITSM tools experience • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
