About the Role We are looking for an experienced IBM MQ Exit Developer with strong hands-on C programming skills to develop, maintain, and support custom IBM MQ exits. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and support custom IBM MQ exits • Work with Channel Exits, API Exits, and Message Exits • Ensure thread-safe coding practices • Provide L3 production support Requirements • 10+ years of experience in IBM MQ Exit Development • Strong hands-on experience in C Programming • Experience with IBM WebSphere MQ / IBM MQ • Knowledge of multi-threading and thread-safe coding • Experience in MQ security, authentication, and authorization • Strong debugging and L3 production support skills
