About the Role We are looking for an experienced IBM Tivoli Output Manager (TOM) for z/OS professional to support enterprise mainframe output management, report distribution, archiving, and production operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage JES spool output (SYSOUT), report capture, retention, and archiving • Configure and maintain Tivoli Output Manager policies for report distribution • Automate report routing to users, printers, datasets, and external systems • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade TOM in z/OS environments • Monitor report generation, output queues, and batch processing • Troubleshoot spool, report capture, distribution, and archival issues • Implement report access controls and support compliance requirements • Provide production support, including on-call and disaster recovery activities Requirements • 7–10 years of experience with IBM Tivoli Output Manager (TOM) for z/OS • Experience in IBM z/OS mainframe environment • Proficiency with JES2/JES3, SDSF, JCL • Expertise in SYSOUT and JES spool management • Strong background in report distribution and archiving • Knowledge of TSO/ISPF and production troubleshooting • Experience with REXX scripting and automation • Familiarity with IBM NetView and SA z/OS • Experience with IWS or ESP scheduling tools • Understanding of secure report delivery and retention policies
