About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise authentication migration from PingFederate to Microsoft Entra ID. This role involves migrating approximately 1,600 production and nonproduction authentication connections. Key Responsibilities • Migrate authentication integrations from PingFederate to Microsoft Entra ID • Manage complex application stacks and authentication dependencies • Plan and execute structured migration waves • Conduct migration testing, validation, rollback planning, and risk mitigation • Document processes and coordinate with stakeholders Requirements • 12+ years of relevant IT experience • Proven hands-on experience migrating authentication integrations from PingFederate to Microsoft Entra ID • Strong knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols and Microsoft Entra ID administration • Experience managing complex application stacks and authentication dependencies • Experience planning and executing structured migration waves • Hands-on experience with migration testing, validation, rollback planning, and risk mitigation • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills Benefits • Opportunity to work on a large-scale federal government project
