About the Role We are looking for a skilled Identity Infrastructure Specialist to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team on an exciting hybrid contract opportunity. This role focuses on engineering identity services and public-facing login systems. Key Responsibilities • Renewing and installing certificates • Monitoring vendor notifications, new software/version releases, and vulnerability notifications, addressing them as needed • Supporting and maintaining applications and services • Providing additional operational support to the IAM environment Requirements • 3+ years of experience using and maintaining Windows and/or Linux systems • 1+ years of experience deploying and operating cloud applications in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model • 1+ years of experience with directory services, single sign-on (SSO), or account lifecycle management • Strong organizational skills, alongside excellent communication and customer service capabilities • Experience working in higher education • Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow) Core Technical Focus Areas • Microsoft cloud services, particularly Microsoft cloud-based directory services • Deploying and operating cloud applications in a PaaS environment • Azure environments • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Directory services, SSO, and account lifecycle management • Windows and/or Linux systems
