About the Role We are looking for an Inductive Automation & System QA Engineer with a strong combination of mechanical design, Python test automation, and hardware validation experience. Key Responsibilities • Design 3D CAD fixtures, test jigs, and alignment mechanisms using SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or similar tools • Develop and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks • Integrate laboratory instruments, including programmable power supplies, electronic loads, DAQs, and relays • Build and maintain automated test benches for electromechanical systems • Execute system validation, regression testing, and root-cause analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues Requirements • 3+ years of experience testing electromechanical, embedded, or complex hardware systems • Strong Python programming and test automation experience • Hands-on 3D CAD design and fixture development • Experience with SCPI, VISA, Serial, USB, or laboratory instrument control • Hardware/software integration, debugging, and system validation • Hands-on prototyping, 3D printing, or mechanical assembly experience
