About the Role We are looking for an experienced Informatica Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ETL development, data integration, and SQL optimization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain mappings, mapplets, workflows, sessions, and reusable transformations • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize data pipelines • Manage deployment, error handling, and production support Requirements • Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or equivalent platforms • Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, query tuning, and performance optimization • Experience in ETL, data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality • Exposure to Databricks, modern ELT platforms, and orchestration tools is a plus Ideal Candidate A hands-on developer with strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
