About the Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments • Administer and maintain Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, and Hyper-V platforms • Implement and support hybrid cloud architecture, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively resolve infrastructure issues • Implement security best practices, identity management, patching, and compliance controls • Collaborate with application, DevOps, and security teams to support deployments and modernization initiatives • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, and network-related issues • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and administrators Requirements • 7+ years of experience in cloud, systems, or infrastructure engineering • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, VMware, networking, and enterprise infrastructure management • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments • Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
