About the Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our team for a 1-year contract. This role focuses on architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Architect and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions • Work with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation • Lead technical design and implementation of ServiceNow platforms Requirements • Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience • 5+ years of architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) – REQUIRED Preferred • ServiceNow CTA, CAD, Implementation Specialist (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) • ITIL Foundations V3+ Important: If you hold any of the listed certifications, you must upload each certification with your submission.
