About the Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Test Lead to join our team in the Telecom domain. This role requires 8+ years of experience in infrastructure testing and leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead infrastructure testing efforts including Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) and Operations Acceptance Testing (OAT) • Test Windows/Linux/Unix servers, VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V environments • Ensure knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, storage, backup and recovery systems • Test cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP • Conduct disaster recovery and business continuity testing • Perform monitoring, logging, security assessment, patching and configuration validation • Lead non-functional testing, high availability and failover testing • Maintain familiarity with Jira, ITIL processes, runbooks, SOPs and operational documentation Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Testing • Strong background in Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) and Operations Acceptance Testing (OAT) • Experience with Windows/Linux/Unix servers, VMware, Nutanix and Hyper-V • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, storage, backup and recovery systems • Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), disaster recovery and business continuity testing • Expertise in monitoring, logging, security assessment, patching and configuration validation • Experience with non-functional testing, high availability and failover testing • Familiarity with Jira, ITIL processes, runbooks, SOPs and operational documentation • PowerShell scripting knowledge is an added advantage • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
