About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Integration Architect to design and deliver enterprise integrations across Salesforce, Workday, and custom applications. This role combines technical expertise, architecture leadership, and executive stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver enterprise integrations across Salesforce, Workday, and custom applications • Develop technology roadmaps and present solutions to executive stakeholders • Provide technical leadership in integration architecture Requirements • 7–10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Integration, or Solution Architecture • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Data Models, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns • Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or Workday APIs • Custom development experience in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/Node.js • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, or Azure Integration Services • Strong REST/SOAP API integration, architecture design, and technical leadership skills • Must be authorized to work in the USA Preferred • Healthcare integration experience (HL7/FHIR, HIPAA) • AI-enabled solutions • Salesforce/Workday certifications • Consulting experience
