About the Role We are seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the UAE. This role focuses on identifying and sourcing qualified Oracle consultants and IT professionals for client projects. Key Responsibilities • Identify suitable Oracle consultants and IT professionals for client projects • Source candidates for Oracle functional and technical roles for Onsite or Remote assignments • Maintain a database of available consultants, freelancers, subcontractors, and permanent candidates • Coordinate with recruitment teams and external vendors to meet project staffing requirements • Match candidates' skills, experience, availability, and expected rates with client requirements • Review CVs, coordinate interviews, and follow up on client feedback • Negotiate consultant rates, salaries, and vendor costs to maintain suitable profit margins • Ensure timely deployment of resources according to project schedules and client requirements Requirements • 1 to 2 years of experience in Oracle and Information Technology recruitment • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills • Experience with Oracle functional and technical roles • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
