About the Role We are seeking an IT VMware Systems Engineer to manage and support large-scale VMware virtualization environments. This role ensures high availability, performance, and 24×7 operational stability. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support large-scale VMware virtualization environments • Perform real-time capacity monitoring and analyze infrastructure utilization • Lead end-of-life server replacement, hardware refresh, and deployment activities • Configure and manage Aria Operations, vRealize Log Insight, and vRealize Network Insight • Automate infrastructure provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management • Support VMware Cloud Foundation migrations, platform upgrades, and security hardening • Implement capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and AI-driven operational improvements • Manage enterprise storage and networking technologies • Handle production incidents, change and release management, disaster recovery, and security patching • Collaborate with global infrastructure teams, application owners, and vendors Requirements • 5–7 years of relevant VMware virtualization experience • Experience with VMware vSphere 8+, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9), NSX-T, and vSAN • Proficiency in PowerCLI, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and Terraform • Knowledge of Aria Operations, vRealize Log Insight, and vRealize Network Insight • Experience with SAN, iSCSI, VLANs, TCP/IP, micro-segmentation, and distributed firewalls • Banking/financial services experience and ITIL knowledge preferred • VMware certifications preferred
