About the Role We are seeking an ITSM – HAM / SAM Specialist to support our ServiceNow IT Asset Management environment. This role involves leading and executing ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) activities. Key Responsibilities • Support ServiceNow IT Asset Management environment as an ITSM – HAM / SAM Specialist. • Lead and execute ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM activities, covering both technical execution and functional strategy. • Build and maintain custom workflows for software reconciliation and reclamation. • Manage Discovery Models and Software Models. • Engage and negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders, driving decisions in the best interest. Requirements • Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro. • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM / IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM) with Discovery and software model reconciliation. • Custom workflow development (reconciliation / reclamation) skills. • Vendor and stakeholder negotiation experience.
