The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java-based microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native development. This role requires strong hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance backend systems in enterprise environments. 🔧 What You’ll Work On •⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. •⁠ ⁠Build and support microservices architectures and REST APIs. •⁠ ⁠Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ. •⁠ ⁠Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning. •⁠ ⁠Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes using Helm. •⁠ ⁠Manage builds and dependencies using Gradle. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and architecture. •⁠ ⁠Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. •⁠ ⁠Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements. 🎯 What We’re Looking For •⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot •⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ •⁠ ⁠Solid experience with PostgreSQL •⁠ ⁠Experience with Kubernetes and Helm •⁠ ⁠Proficiency with Gradle •⁠ ⁠Experience working in distributed and microservices environments •⁠ ⁠Mandatory: Prior work experience with Capital One 🎯Nice to Have : •Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). •Experience with OpenShift (OCP). •Knowledge of Liquibase. •Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. 🎯Preferred Qualifications : •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 📩 Interested?
