About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our Consumer Digital team in Irving, TX. This is a delivery-focused role with limited hands-on coding, approximately 10 percent per week. Key Responsibilities • Lead delivery of full stack features across Angular and Java services • Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment activities across squads and stakeholders • Review architecture, code, and test strategies to align with standards, patterns, and compliance requirements • Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement performance optimizations • Own CI/CD readiness integration and release quality across environments • Contribute limited hands-on code to unblock delivery and validate designs Requirements • 8+ years of experience building enterprise componentized applications with front end and back end services • Front end experience with Angular or React and testing frameworks such as Jest • Back end experience with Java or Python for APIs and server-side logic with strong REST design • Strong Java ecosystem experience including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Security, Web, Data, threading, collections, exception handling, JDBC, OOD, OOP, and GoF patterns • Experience with Kafka and messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or IBM MQ • Proficiency in microservices architecture • Cloud native and DevOps experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as Tekton, Harness, or Jenkins • Advanced SQL experience with Oracle performance optimization and Liquibase changeset management • Strong architecture design, documentation, debugging, and performance tuning skills Preferred Skills • Experience working in Agile delivery with cross-functional squads • Background in consumer digital platforms and large-scale distributed systems
