About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team for a contract position. This role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot • Work with Angular and TypeScript for frontend development • Design and implement REST APIs • Utilize Hibernate/JPA for database interactions • Implement solutions using Kafka and Redis • Write unit tests with JUnit and Playwright • Implement CI/CD processes Requirements • 8+ years of Java (8–21) & Spring Boot experience • 5+ years of Angular & TypeScript experience • Strong REST API, Hibernate/JPA & Oracle experience • Hands-on Kafka & Redis experience • JUnit, Playwright & CI/CD experience • AI-assisted development: Prompts, Skills & MCP Note: Candidates must be within approximately 4–5 hours of Madison, WI and available for both onsite interview rounds.
