About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot and messaging technologies like Solace, Kafka, or RabbitMQ. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and messaging technologies • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices • Integrate with various internal and external systems • Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and other testing frameworks • Apply design patterns to create efficient and maintainable code • Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Requirements • Proficiency in Java Core 8+ • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures • Experience with Solace or comparable messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Proficiency in JUnit • Experience with Spring Boot, ION, and Python • Ability to conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and risk technology analysis • Monitor and control all phases of the development process • Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems • Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis
