About the Role We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Wisconsin, USA. This role focuses on developing and maintaining backend and frontend applications with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Java 8–21 backend applications • Develop and maintain Angular 21 frontend applications with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards • Write backend unit tests using JUnit and frontend tests using Playwright • Work with Kafka, Redis, messaging queues, and caching technologies • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and OpenAPI • Collaborate with business analysts, APM/QA engineers, and cross-functional teams • Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct code reviews, and maintain development standards • Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment • Use AI tools and techniques to improve productivity Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Java 8–21, Spring Framework & Spring Boot • 8+ years of experience with Web Applications, Web Services & REST APIs • Experience with Hibernate / JPA • 5+ years of experience with Angular 21 • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3 • 5+ years of experience with Apache Kafka, Redis, Messaging Queues & Caching • 8+ years of experience with Relational Databases, especially Oracle • 5+ years of experience with JUnit & Playwright • 1+ year of experience with AI – Prompts, Skills & MCP • 5+ years of experience with SCRUM Teams • Experience with RESTful API Development & OpenAPI • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines & Deployment Automation • Experience with Dynamic Environment Configuration • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Iterative & Waterfall Methodologies • Experience with Wireframes & Mock-ups • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
