About the Role We are looking for a Java Forms Report Developer to join our team for the NC FAST – Medicaid Program project in North Carolina. This is a contract position requiring 7+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop Java applications using J2EE technologies • Work with XML, XSD, XSLT, and XSL-FO for data transformation • Design and implement SQL queries and database solutions • Perform application testing using JUnit and JMockit • Utilize Oracle Utilities, Apache FOP, and Altova XMLSpy/StyleVision • Work in an Agile development environment Requirements • 7+ years of experience in Java / J2EE Development • Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, and XSL-FO • Experience with SQL, Oracle, and Relational Database Modeling • Proficiency in JUnit, JMockit, and Application Testing • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities, Apache FOP, and Altova XMLSpy/StyleVision • Experience with Eclipse and Agile Development Important Notes 100% onsite work at state premises in North Carolina is required. Local candidates to North Carolina will be preferred first. Immediate availability is preferred.
