About the Role We are seeking a Java / Forms / Report Developer to support critical application modules within a major Public Sector / Healthcare project. This role focuses on building robust document generation pipelines and system-generated output components. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement JEE & Core Java solutions • Develop XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, and Apache FOP for notices, forms, and rendering pipelines • Write complex SQL scripts, queries, stored procedures, and perform data modeling • Create UML models and utilize Eclipse IDE, Altova tools, and version control systems • Work within Agile development frameworks Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) development experience • Strong proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, and Apache FOP • 2+ years writing complex SQL scripts, queries, stored procedures • Experience with Oracle / Oracle Utilities databases • Hands-on experience with UML modeling, Eclipse IDE, Altova tools • 2+ years working within Agile development frameworks • Prior exposure to Cúram Social Program Management (SPM) frameworks or Medicaid Program Policy guidelines is a plus
