About the Role HTC Global Services is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer for a 2-year extendable contract position in Dubai, UAE. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing Java and UI applications while integrating AI tools to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance Java and UI applications • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues • Write and maintain unit and integration test cases • Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to coding standards • Integrate AI-powered tools into the development lifecycle to improve productivity • Collaborate with QA, Product, and Frontend teams in an Agile/Scrum environment • Document code, technical processes, and API endpoints • Take ownership of challenging development assignments and contribute to POCs Requirements • 3+ years of strong knowledge of Java as the primary backend development skill • Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI Development as a secondary skill • Ability to integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity • Knowledge of writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Understanding of unit testing and integration testing Preferred Skills • Airline domain experience will be an added advantage • Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and take up challenging technical assignments
