About the Role We are looking for a Java Lead Developer to join our team for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role requires hands-on experience in AI/ML and Python development. Key Responsibilities • Develop and support modern web applications using Java/React technologies • Apply Agile methodologies and collaborate effectively with teams • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver quality solutions • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders Requirements • 7–10+ years of experience in Java development • Hands-on AI/ML & Python experience • Strong understanding of Agile methodology • Experience with React.js, JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3 • Knowledge of Redux, Context API or Zustand • Familiarity with REST APIs & JSON • Git / Version Control skills • Responsive Web Design experience • Webpack, Vite or Babel experience • React Hooks, Component Lifecycle & React Architecture knowledge • Debugging & Troubleshooting skills
