About the Role We are looking for a Java Microservices Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining scalable cloud-native microservices. Key Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, debug, and maintain scalable cloud-native microservices • Collaborate with remote teams to deliver product features • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines • Work with Product Owners to define requirements and technical specifications • Create high-level and low-level designs, component diagrams, sequence diagrams, API specifications, and database schemas • Conduct code reviews, security reviews, and architecture/design reviews • Optimize application performance and resource utilization Requirements • 6+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services & Microservices • Experience with SQL / NoSQL Databases • AWS Core Services: KMS, Queues, Notifications, Caching & CloudWatch • APM Tools – Datadog • CI/CD, Code Reviews & Troubleshooting • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
