About the Role We are looking for a Senior Java/Python Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems. This role involves bridging backend infrastructure using Java and Python for various applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and build scalable, low-latency microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) • Integrate Java enterprise backend services with Python-based data pipelines and analytics engines • Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and memory leaks across JVM and Python environments • Design schema migrations and optimize complex SQL queries for high-throughput applications • Lead technical code reviews and mentor junior developers Requirements • 9+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Python • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems • Experience with Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django, or Flask • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database management • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure • Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and engineering best practices
