About the Role We are looking for a Jr. AI Agent Developer to join our team in NYC. This role involves building and testing conversational flows and LLM-powered tools using Dialogflow CX and Google's Agent Development Kit. Key Responsibilities • Build and test conversational flows, intents, route groups, and LLM-powered tools using Dialogflow CX and Google's Agent Development Kit • Develop REST APIs and webhooks in Python to connect agents with ServiceNow and Azure • Write SQL queries and use Git and VSCode for version control Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience • Working proficiency in Python (required), plus foundational HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and browser-app API calls • Comfortable writing SQL queries and using Git / VSCode • Basic experience with unit testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, or xUnit)
