About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires experience in Data Warehousing, Master Data Management, and the Pharma domain. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements using BRD and User Stories • Work with Data Warehousing and Source-to-Target Mapping • Implement Master Data Management and Data Governance • Create Power BI Reports and Dashboards • Perform SQL queries, Excel analysis, and Data Validation • Conduct UAT, ensure Data Quality, and implement Process Improvement Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis • Strong background in Data Warehousing (DWH) and Master Data Management (MDM) • Experience in the Pharma domain is preferred • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Data Validation • Knowledge of UAT, Data Quality, and Process Improvement Benefits • Competitive salary of $90K–$100K/year
