About the Role We are looking for a Junior Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle Identity Manager development and customization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize Oracle Identity Manager solutions • Work with OIM workflows, forms, and integrations • Implement REST APIs and web services • Apply LDAP and Identity Management concepts Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in Oracle Identity Manager development • Strong development and troubleshooting skills • Good understanding of OIM architecture and components • Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and Unix/Linux • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Willingness to work in Dubai shift timings
