About the Role We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our team for a remote contract role. This position requires experience in software development and cloud architecture. Key Responsibilities • Develop software using Java and C# • Work with lambda and/or step functions • Manage relational SQL and NoSQL databases • Develop, implement, and deploy cloud architecture on AWS • Use Python for scripting and test automation • Work in an Agile environment Requirements • 5+ years of software development experience with Java and C# • 2 years of experience with lambda and/or step functions • 1 year of experience with relational SQL / NoSQL databases • 1 year of experience with developing, implementing, and deploying cloud architecture, particularly AWS • 1 year of experience with Python for scripting and test automation • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or related discipline • Demonstrated skills in software engineering methodology in an Agile environment • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills • Experience developing code for a Linux/Unix based operating system • Experience developing and delivering commercial enterprise software
