About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Kofax Developer with strong expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA), Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise-scale IDP and document capture solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA) • Develop business processes, workflows, business rules, custom forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions • Configure and support Kofax Capture and KTM environments • Implement document classification, extraction, validation, OCR/ICR, and workflow automation • Develop REST API integrations with enterprise applications, databases, ECM platforms, and cloud services • Lead architecture discussions, code reviews, technical estimations, and deployments • Troubleshoot production issues and mentor onsite/offshore teams • Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams to deliver effective solutions Requirements • 10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience • 5+ years of Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) experience • 10+ years of Kofax Capture experience • 5+ years of Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) experience • 8+ years of C#/.NET development experience • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, web services, and AWS • Experience with OCR/ICR engines, document classification, extraction, and validation • Knowledge of Kofax Process Insight and AI-enabled Intelligent Document Processing • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
