About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Architect to lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade Engineering AI solutions, generative AI applications, and agentic systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade Engineering AI solutions • Develop generative AI applications and agentic systems • Oversee technical leadership and solution architecture Requirements • 12+ years of software engineering / architecture experience • Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, RAG & tool calling • Strong Python, backend development & enterprise API integrations • Experience with MCP servers, AI agents & multi-step workflow automation • Knowledge of CAD, PLM, CAE / Simulation and engineering workflows • Understanding of Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, vector search & engineering data architecture • Experience with AI security, governance, cloud architecture & DevSecOps • Vendor assessment, solution architecture & technical leadership • Experience with PTC Creo/Windchill, Ansys, CoLab, Synera, LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, or Databricks is a plus
