About the Role We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to lead and modernize release management across complex application environments, including web, mobile, middleware, and backend platforms. Key Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, and coordinate weekly production releases across multiple application teams • Lead release bridges, Go/No-Go discussions, and stakeholder communications • Manage ServiceNow change requests, CAB approvals, and release governance • Coordinate release scope, dependencies, testing sign-offs, risks, and deployment readiness • Oversee production deployments, post-release validation, rollback activities, and emergency hotfixes • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Support teams • Drive release automation, DevOps adoption, and continuous process improvement • Track and communicate release status, risks, issues, and key performance metrics Requirements • 5+ years of Release Management experience • End-to-End Release Planning, Scheduling & Execution • ServiceNow Change Requests & CAB Approvals • Change Governance & Release Compliance • Release Bridges & Go/No-Go Meetings • Production Deployments, Validation & Rollback Planning • CI/CD Pipelines & Deployment Automation • DevOps Initiatives & Release Process Improvement • Risk Assessment, Dependency Management & Release Readiness • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination • Jira, Confluence & ServiceNow
