About the Role We are seeking a Lead Architect specializing in AI and Telecom Transformation to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in Telecom, AI Automation, and Digital Transformation. Key Responsibilities • Lead customer workshops and executive-level discussions • Develop presales, solutioning, estimation, and proposal development • Manage global onsite-offshore teams Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Telecom, AI Automation, and Digital Transformation • Strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, NOC, SOC, Service Assurance, Provisioning, and Network Operations • Hands-on understanding of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, AIOps, and intelligent automation • Strong AWS architecture, cloud migration, and modernization experience Preferred Qualifications • AWS Solutions Architect Certification • Experience with Tier-1 Telecom Operators • Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks and network automation • Exposure to observability, AIOps, and automation platforms
