About the Role We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Benefits Administration to join our team. This role involves working in the Health Insurance/Payer domain and leading BA teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor BA teams • Coordinate with onshore/offshore stakeholders • Gather requirements and create functional documentation • Conduct UAT for benefits administration systems Requirements • Strong experience in US Benefits Administration or Health Insurance/Payer domain • Knowledge of health & welfare plans, eligibility, enrollment, and life events • Experience with EDI 834, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA • Expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and UAT
