About the Role We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team in Reston, VA. This role involves leading requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and business process improvements for high-complexity software, systems, processes, and services. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation • Drive business process improvements for complex software and systems • Work independently and take ownership of products • Collaborate across multiple product teams • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and specifications • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical/development teams Requirements • Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience • Ability to work independently and take ownership of products • Experience working across multiple product teams • Strong Jira proficiency – Mandatory • Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology – Required • Aha! experience – Preferred • Technical background in Cloud technologies and migrations – Preferred • Strong experience with complex software, systems, processes, and services • Education in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field
