About the Role We are looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting enterprise Azure and AWS cloud environments, ensuring platform stability, and driving automation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support enterprise Azure and AWS cloud environments • Ensure platform stability and resolve complex technical issues • Lead major incidents and drive automation • Implement continuous improvement initiatives Requirements • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms • Strong understanding of cloud operations and L3 support • Knowledge of Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, and Terraform • Familiarity with cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, and backup and recovery • Experience with Azure Policy, AWS Config, PowerShell, Bash, and Azure DevOps • Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, PaaS, and monitoring • Incident management and RCA skills Preferred • AZ-104 or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification • Managed Services experience • Cloud security and cost optimization knowledge
