About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Datacenter Connectivity to drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-grade data center connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive innovation, architecture, and deployment of enterprise-grade data center connectivity solutions • Provide strong hands-on expertise in Cisco ACI and Nexus • Utilize extensive experience with F5 Load Balancers – LTM/GTM • Work with Data Center Networking, Routing, and Switching • Implement Network/Application-Centric Firewalls and Micro-segmentation • Use Network Automation using APIs, CLI, and GUIS • Develop Solution Architecture, HLD/LLD, PoCs, and Pilot Implementations • Perform strong troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ITIL operations • Apply knowledge of Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and infrastructure architecture frameworks Requirements • 10+ years of enterprise data center networking experience • Strong architecture skills • Ability to drive connectivity solutions and product improvements • Preferred: Cisco CCIE Data Center certification • Experience with compute, storage, LAN, and SD-WAN • Understanding of TOGAF/ArchiMate • AI-related experience is a plus
