About the Role We are looking for a Lead ETL Developer with extensive experience to join the State of Connecticut – Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Hartford, CT. This is a 12-month contract position that requires a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SSIS, SSRS, or Talend • Create complex SQL queries and perform SQL performance tuning • Design and implement data models and integrate data from various sources • Deploy SSIS packages and create reporting solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements Requirements • 12+ years of experience as an ETL Developer • 5+ years of experience with Tableau, complex SQL queries, T-SQL, SSIS/SSRS or Talend • Expertise in ETL/ELT development, data modeling, and data integration • Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft is preferred • Local candidates who can work onsite one day per week or two days every two weeks are required
