About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Agentic AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years in GenAI/Agentic AI, to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agent solutions. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy agentic AI applications end-to-end • Develop multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines • Integrate enterprise systems using MCP and APIs • Lead a small engineering team and mentor developers • Work directly with clients to define use cases and architecture Requirements • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer • 2+ years of experience in GenAI/Agentic AI • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and Multi-Agent Systems • Knowledge of RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Azure AI Search) • Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python (FastAPI) • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) • Understanding of LLM Evaluation, Observability, Guardrails, and Security Preferred • Experience with CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK • Background in AI-driven test automation or quality engineering
