About the Role We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role involves converting business requirements into scalable technical solutions and developing highly responsive web applications. Key Responsibilities • Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions • Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive web applications using Vue.js • Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use • Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and web services • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality user interfaces Requirements • 10+ years of front-end development experience, including at least 3+ years with Vue.js • Strong expertise in Vue.js 2.x/3.x, Vue Router, Vuex/Pinia, Composition API, and Single Page Applications (SPA) • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data structures • Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and modern front-end development practices • Experience with responsive web design • Knowledge of browser rendering, performance tuning, and optimization techniques • Understanding of front-end security principles, including authentication, authorization, CORS, XSS, and CSRF protection • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright • Proficiency with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines • Exposure to C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs. Familiarity with Entity Framework • Experience working with SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and database design concepts • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or Azure AD authentication • Experience with IIS deployment and application hosting • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
