About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to lead the development of scalable healthcare applications, modernize legacy platforms, and build high-performance user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead full-stack development using React, C#, and ASP.NET Core • Modernize legacy applications into scalable .NET microservices and cloud-native solutions • Design secure RESTful APIs and event-driven services for healthcare workflows • Build responsive React interfaces for patient scheduling, onboarding, and clinical applications • Integrate healthcare systems using FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR interoperability standards • Support CI/CD automation, application security, and HIPAA-compliant development • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical delivery across Agile teams Requirements • 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise • Hands-on React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET Core, and REST API development • Experience with microservices architecture and legacy application modernization • Microsoft Azure, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines • Healthcare application development and understanding of HIPAA requirements • Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 and experience providing technical leadership
