About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead SDET with strong hands-on expertise in Swift, XCTest and XCUITest to lead iOS UI automation and framework development for large-scale customer-facing applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop iOS automation frameworks from scratch • Strong hands-on Swift, XCTest and XCUITest expertise • Lead SDET / QA engineering teams and drive automation strategy • Manage onsite-offshore engineering teams and global delivery • Identify technical blockers, manage risks and ensure timely delivery • Coordinate with engineering leadership and client stakeholders Requirements • Swift, XCTest, XCUITest • iOS UI automation and framework architecture • Mobile application testing • Technical leadership and team management • Strong communication and stakeholder management
