About the Role We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our team at IBM / Truist. This role requires extensive experience in Java development and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Lead Java development projects • Design and implement solutions using Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Manage AWS Cloud Services including EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, and KMS • Work with AWS DynamoDB and PostgreSQL databases • Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management Requirements • 10+ years of experience with Java • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices • Experience with AWS Cloud Services • Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration • Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code • Understanding of JPA, ORM, multithreading, and Java Streams • Experience with AWS Security, IAM, encryption, and mTLS
