About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive technical direction and end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Java enterprise platform with a modern React UI, batch processing, partner integrations, and AWS-hosted containerized deployments. Key Responsibilities • Drive technical direction and end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Java enterprise platform • Lead development of a modern React UI • Implement batch processing and partner integrations • Manage AWS-hosted containerized deployments Requirements • 12+ years of professional Lead Java Developer experience • 2+ years in a Lead / Staff / Tech Lead role • 3–4+ years of hands-on React development experience • Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA • Experience with Spring MVC, Security, Batch, SOAP/REST APIs • Strong SQL, MySQL, and relational database design skills • Maven multi-module projects and Tomcat application servers • Production AWS experience (ECS/Fargate, ECR, ALB, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager) • Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform) The ideal candidate should have strong architecture, hands-on development, production troubleshooting, mentoring, and technical leadership experience.
